General Policies:
1. Godfather Limo Services, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
2. A 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required at time of booking any limousine in the fleet.
3. A 20% Gratuity charge will be applied to all bookings.
4. There is no guarantee that overtime hours will be available, please be sure that the number of hours you are writing on the contract will be sufficient time for your event.
Limousine Usage Policies:
1. No alcohol may be consumed by anyone less than 21 years of age. Violation may result in early termination, NO REFUNDS.
2. NO SMOKING inside limousine, $100.00 charge per incident. No exceptions.
3. Cleaning fee for organic matter in the limousine will be $175.00 minimum for clean-up and disinfecting.
4. All tolls and/or parking fees are not included in rental rate.
5. Damage to the Limousine, or any components, or contents of the vehicle will be charged to the renters Credit Card.
6. Customer will be charged $20.00 per glass for broken or missing glasses $50 for decanters
7. $100 clean-up fee for excessive matter in Limousine.
8. All unruly persons will be dropped off at the sole discretion of the driver and without refunds.
9. Godfather Limousine Service LLC will not be responsible for any lost, damaged. or stolen property. Any items found can be picked up.
10. No illegal drug use of any kind is allowed in or near limousine.
11. Overtime will be billed in half hour increments.
12. Customer agrees that overtime will be billed at the contracted rate end agrees to pay any overtime charges.
13. Customer agrees that replacement vehicle may be substituted in the event of any major mechanical issues (i.e. limo involved in an accident, etc.)
14. All entertainment including CDs and DVDs are to be provided by the client.
15. Godfather Limo Services LLC will not be responsible for injuries that may occur due to horse playing while the vehicle is in motion or at a standstill, Godfather Limo Service, LLC is not responsible for slips or falls due to weather or intoxication induced accidents.
16. The purchaser on the contract is responsible for his or her guests.
